Is Hockey Identity an agency?
No. Hockey Identity is a development and evaluation service, not a representation agency. It's designed to work alongside an existing agent or agency relationship, not replace one.
How does it work with my coach?
Coaches retain full responsibility for team instruction. Any collaboration or sharing of evaluation material is agreed directly with the player and relevant parties first.
What does an engagement include?
Player discovery and self-reflection, film review and live evaluation, identity/archetype and priorities, targeted film and pro benchmarks, and a Player Scorecard with progress reviews across the season.
